The town is decorated with cordons and boxwood columns that decorate the entire route of the procession, the fulcrum of the event, and illuminated in the evening with the red light of the street lamps.
In the procession, the Simulacrum of the Dead Jesus is carried along the route that winds along the streets and squares with scheduled stops at the Garden of Gethsemane del Poggiolo and at the Calvario della Piazzetta. From the Church of San Silvestro the Sacred Simulacrum is finally brought back to the Fogliani Chapel from which the whole journey begins.
